1. Executive Summary (this is the abstract of the paper which will explain to the audience what they are to expect of the paper. It is a summary of the paper )
2. Introduction- in this section the whole analysis will be introduced, it contain the thesis statement, purpose of statement, objective of the study and the various definition. Here the study will lay the foundation of the study by introducing the paper.
3. Company analysis- in this section the company under study will be introduced in relation to the topic of study. this mean that in this particular study the company brief history will be explained, the corporate structure, the product the company deal and the market served by the company.
4. Situation Analysis
a. Conducting Customer Analysis
i. Analysis of the Customer Profile- This will involve conducting thorough research regarding the organization's target market to comprehend the demographics, the location, trends, interest among other key factors about the market
· Hence able to deliver customer needs
ii Conducting Product and Product Distribution Situation-
· Examining the current products as well as services
· They are determining if the products, as well as services, can cater to or meet the needs/demands of the customers.
· Analyze the distribution channel if any
· Analyze the distributors’ needs, type as well as the size
b. Analysis of the Competitive Advantage
i. identifying the organization’s core competitors- then analyzing the competitors’ product positioning, strengths as well as weaknesses.
c. Scanning of the Your Environment
i. You are analyzing the impact of internal as well as external factors on the performance of your organization.
· Perform both SWOT and PESTLE Analysis
· identifying the opportunities as well as challenges of the organization
5. Problem Analysis & Description
a. Analyzing any deviations from expectation- this involves an adequate definition of the problem
b. Searching for evidence or proof of deviation that shows that indeed the problem exists, this typically involves presentation of the evidence proving that the problem is real. For instance, citing that established competitors, as well as startups, became first to market, leaving the organization behind
c. Analyzing the Impact- In this regard, stating the impact of the problem on the business is important
d. Identifying the cause of the problem- In this case, systematic identification of the problem has to be done.
e. Providing recommendations- give recommendations of what has to be done to mitigate the situation based on the previous problem identification process.
6. Solutions, Evaluation, & Recommendation
· Recommend/Propose a solution that may help mitigate or solve the identified problems, and it is important to involve stakeholders as well as shareholders in this process.
· This should include assessing the existing/potential and proposed solutions.
· Perform a weighted evaluation matrix
· Pick the solution option that seems to offer a bigger percentage of resolution.
· Implementation of the proposed solution or recommendation
· Constant or regular evaluation of the implemented solution
