Read the academic paper:

Kernan, B., Lynch, A., Sheahan, C. (2011).  A methodology for improving enterprise performance by analyzing worker capabilities via simulation (Links to an external site.) . International Journal of Production Research, 49(20), 5987-5998.

As you read, pay special attention to the research methodology the authors used and how they performed the analysis of the pseudo corporation.   

After reading the paper, create a report that analyzes strengths and weaknesses across three criteria that are organized in the following three sections:

· Section 1: Identify the business strategy used, and offer a critique of a strength and a weakness of the strategy.

· Section 2: Explain the research processes used, as well as the strengths and weaknesses associated with them.

· Section 3: Define the outcomes achieved, and explain one strength and one weakness.

Be sure to properly organize your writing and include an introduction, headings / subheadings for the body of your work, an analysis and recommendations (if applicable), a conclusion, and a list of references.
