2. Lakisha Holt. She fills all our needs to the fullest.
3. It adds Diversity on multiple levels.
4. The message is that we should value everyone for who they are because they all have their own strengths.

1- Lakisha Holt. She is qualified.
2- Suzuki Ichiro is also considered to be qualified, but lacks experience in business management.
3- It is good to find a difference in levels as well as multiple levels that we can benefit from their experience.
4- The message is to respect everyone and not to reduce anyone's points because in the end they have experience.
