Orange Story and Farewell to Manzanar both show first-person experiences of Japanese incarceration. How does the Jeanne's family’s experience differ from that of Koji’s? What similarities do their narratives share? Think about how age, birthplace, occupation, gender, and family and marital status effect their relocation experiences. How will Order 9066 impact their lives moving forward? Try not to summarize these similarities and differences, but to focus on a just a few to analyze and discuss thoroughly.
