As far as I am concerned, I think that the social media platforms used reflect a push distribution strategy. It is through the social media platforms whereby the company has been able to collect the views and the complaints of the customers. However, this has played important roles in ensuring that the gaps in the market are filled.
The use of social media platforms used in the company is profitable as they ensure that the numbers of sales made by the company are increased. The increased number of sales helps in bringing about sustainability in the company. As a result of the channels used, the company has been able to meet the needs of the customers in the market. On the other hand, I believe the use of direct marketing has not been as profitable as the use of the social media in the promotion of the products. This is because it reaches a small number of customers in the market (Jiang, 2019).
Moreover, the company needs to have control over its channels for the purposes of ensuring that the set goals and objectives are achieved. However, the company needs to have control over multichannel as that will ensure that the products are sold to a large number of customers. Again, this control is reflected in the channels being used in that it ensures that the products manufactured are brought close to the customers in the market (Muthukrishnan, 2019).
