Introduction
The focus of the research is to determine the needed framework in ensuring there is an efficient management of a juvenile facility. There are specific areas of management that are prioritized in the research. Among the elements include religious department in the facility, food service management, financial operations and organization structure. In ensuring the study covers all the necessary data required in developing a successful facility, there is a need to conduct the survey among several correctional facilities officials and stakeholders. The information provided in this survey is confidential and cannot be shared by any other party without consent of the participant. Participation in the survey is voluntary and you are free to provide any information as you feel comfortable in giving.

1. For how long have you worked in correctional facilities in the United States or any other jurisdiction? Have you worked specifically in a juvenile detention facility?
2. Do you think there are specific factors considered in the management of a juvenile detention facility that is unique compared to other correctional or detention facility?
3. Apart from the factors given in the previous question, do you think there is any factor to be intervened by government or other authorities in relation to the management of juvenile detention facility?
