Start Final Project:

You are required to do a detailed surveillance report on the leisure and recreation activities available to older adults in your area.  The report should be comprehensive i.e. you must research your area throughly.  The report needs to have photographic evidence of facilities, detailed reports on offerings and programming at all locations, and you must make contact with the facilities and discuss the number of community members that take advantage of the programs and any barriers that exist that prevent expanded offerings or having greater attendance.  Think about things like accessibility, transportation, costs etc...  The total report, including photographic evidence, reports on interviews and synopsis must be 10 pages in length, APA format.  100pts.   

In order to pass you must have:

At least one interview conducted with a live person (10pts), and summarized

Photographs of 5 facilities that are NOT cut and pasted from the internet (I will know,  I have a program that can scan and report on image originality). (5pts for each facility)

Have found at least 5 community facilities to report activities on (10pts each). 

Additionally you will earn 10 pts for APA format, 5pts for clearly organized.

0.25 pts lost for each spelling and grammar error
