Stand Up of Network Services and Email Migration

Email & Collaboration Provide email to all end users Provide messaging services Provider will assume full operational and management responsibility for e-mail, Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes, and integrated messaging products.
Provide Engineering Services Develop procedures, policies, and standards for Messaging service management and e-mail usage.  Develop and implement e-form standards and procedures for approval by Recipient.
Email Migration Services Provider will work with Buyer to provide extraction of relevant email mailboxes, archives, and email data so that Buyer can migrate the employees email data.
Provide Collaboration Tools Provide / Install Skype Migrate to Office 365 collaboration tools
Network Services Connecitivity to all end users in the office Wired LAN Provider shall provide wired systems support for Recipient’s wired LAN environment including switches, hubs (where technically feasible), and bridges
Wireless LAN Provider shall provide wireless systems support for plant, warehouse, and office connectivity to Recipient LANs, including facility survey, engineering, design, procurement, programming, burn-in, installation, preventive maintenance and upgrades for access points, antennae, associated wiring, and, where applicable, wireless bridges.
Connectivity to all end users across offices WAN Services - Intranet Services Provider shall configure, install, test, and support WAN connectivity (both network transport and network equipment) for approved Authorized Users atand between all applicable facilities
WAN Services - Internet Access Services Provider shall support the connectivity of high-speed servers to the Internet with firewall protection that is designed to meet Recipient’s informationsecurity standards
WAN Services - Extranet Services Provider shall support and maintain the extranet between Recipient and its partners, managed third parties, and customers. Provider will support WANoptimization, acceleration services, and proxy services management.
IP Address Management Provider to administer Internet Protocol (IP) address management, including assignment of IP addresses, Domain Name Services (DNS), Dynamic HostConfiguration Protocol (DHCP), and other IP numbering and naming systems for Receiver networked devices on the TR corporate network. Provider will provide Recipient Infoblox and other IP Service support.
Connectivity to Data Centers Direct Connect Access Set up Direct Connectivity to Amazon Public Services
Secured Connectivity Network Security Services Provide support and management of network security.
Monitoring Provide network management, monitoring and reporting consistent with staff, processes and tools
