As a company, Vestige Inc. needs to make all the required adventures that are exciting yet crucial within the organization's operation platforms. There is an importance attached to the organization taking into account the needed issues to have the ability to make do the aspect of running the customer advertisement databases simultaneously within the parental databases. There are many risks attached to the venture and need it to be enclosed within the needed grasp to have the chances to get better evaluation levels within the initial stages that will be undertaken by the local architect in assessing the viability as well as the process that is involved in the presented case. In this venture, there are several risks attached to the idea within the customer database size, the parental database architectural stages, and the vulnerabilities that are potential and can impede the process that is underway.
Different resources will be used within the customer databases to assist. This will be the likes of the technology devices that have the primary role of making the upload work, accessibility to the information databases can happen. There is also the need to have the workforce and the expertise used to ensure smooth integration that will be the link between the running of the databases in time when there will be full functionality.
There is a need to understand better the domain that will be implemented within the processes with the lead architect, the business architects, to ensure a corporate success (Mityagin et al., 2012). Business ethics implies that actions undertaken within the process make the connection of databases that need to be in line with corporate ethics as the customer data is affected in the process. There is a need to make sure the connection has reduced the redundancy, but there is also a need to improve the services for corporate success. Within the architecture platforms, there is the beginning of a process that starts from uploading customer data to the placement of the designs that have best defined from the ability to make it possible for an organization to meet all security and corporate goals.
There is a threat to many organizations, which is the vulnerability arising from customer data. Such makes the organization, in this case, no exception. Within the assessment process, the realization was that the databases could be prone to attacks from threats in different designs. Such are the likes of creativity, adaptivity, and intelligence.
Databases have been exposed to the internet, whereby the freedom the customer has in uploading their data can lead to hackers' exploitation. Such type of hackers disguises themselves as a customer to avoid any suspicions. The most effective manner to ensure that customer data matches the data provided and make sure there is access control to verify for the identification of the customer's identity (Zhang et al., 2013). There can be an implementation of three types of access control by the organization to ensure that different levels are accessible at the organization platforms.
There was a lack within the organization's posture plan. This means that there will be a hard chance to get a salvage of the resources needed in any case of damages or loss of data. The suggestion is that the organization thoroughly prioritizes its information to begin the most significant risk. Such will enable the ability to draw mitigation strategies that will safeguard the assets of the organization
