Solution
Our company will be giving easy and rapid heat relief solution to customers as they are suffering without a plausible solution. Wrapping a thin towel around the neck of a customer can make all the difference. Cool-ette stays a cool 30 degrees below average body temperature due to the light, easy-to-breathe fabric that allows for a steady rate of evaporation. The mesh-like fabric allows the water to absorb and evaporate at a perfect rate for optimal and long-lasting relief.
Target Market
Our target market is people that spend time outside hiking, participating in sport events, or watching sporting events. To pinpoint our target market, women will be more open to using our product because women are more concerned for their aesthetics. The Cool-ette can be applicable to people of all ages which makes it so great.
Competition
There are similar products in the market today, but not at the tip of everyone’s fingertips on hot days. Cooling towels are an easy to use solution for everyone. Our competitive advantage over the competition is that we will be readily available when the customers need us most. We also will use our charity, The Little Heart Warriors, as an extra motive for buyers to purchase our product as a means of goodwill.
Financial Summary
Planned sales: In the most likely case, the company plans to sell 5 units per person per week. After we add the sales at the events, our total sales units will be 725 units. In the best case, the company sales increased by 16% because of the hot weather, and increased demand. The best-planned sales will be 864 units. In the worst case, the company has to reduce our sales by 40% due to the weather, quality, and events being canceled. And that will decrease sales to 436 units.
Profitability: The selling price is that one for $10 and two for $16. The cost per 200 unit is $3.25 including shipping cost and cost per 400 unit is $2.87 including shipping cost, the total net profit is $2,542.57.

It can be clipped on or easily stashed in a bag. It is made of high-quality, BPA-free, dishwasher-safe silicone and we are selling at a price lower than PetSmart and other pet stores. In addition, Amazon may be $2.00 cheaper, but takes a few days to ship and we will have it readily available for the customer.
Because of our love for animals, we have decided to partner with the Barks of Love charity. We have chosen Barks of Love because their goal is to give each dog a home outside of animal shelters. With Barks of Love’s efforts to provide each pet with the perfect family and with our help, more animals can be saved from these shelters.
Pawp-Up has a detailed marketing and sales plan in order to get customers as excited as we are about these collapsible pet bowls. Customers will be able to see that we are offering the best and most convenient tools to giving their pet a better life. We have plans to sell our product at many animal-related events, creating a bigger hype within our market.
With a cost of about $2.50 per unit and a selling price of $12.00, we are ambitious in our sales goals to make the most profit possible to donate to our charity. We have minimized marketing costs by utilizing a company that is willing to donate certain items, as well as using free online tools to spread the word.
