Detailed description of your Pharmacy professional activities/projects and career goals

( Fellowships are usually funding for students who need the money for things like research or training

outside of normal class. The fellowship is more for people who have work experience or have a concrete

plan for projects they want to work on while in pharmacy school and need money to do that)

I used to work at Vietnamese Community Pharmacy.

 Checking patients’ medication to remind them pick their drugs

 Making inbound and answering outbound calls

 Process payment transactions

 Drop off the medications to patients who are unable to pick up

I am:

 Consistent, trustworthy, reliable, disciplined, and has a strong work ethic.

 Problem-solving skills, positive attitude, patience and empathy

 Self-motivated and hard-working individual who is able both to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.

 Willingness to learn multiple roles in pharmacy field.
