They don’t have a similar health program before, So they interested in what the program can achieve.

7. Number of employees: 75 Full time Employees at This Branch only

9. Ethnic makeup: 64% Saudi Employees and 36% of other nationalities.

11. Any union involved: There is not any kind of employee union at this Branch

They does not have any type of health promotion program before. but there is Some brochures and regulation on occupational safety tools.

17. Organization’s readiness for a WHP? They excited about this project but Not sure about the program they did not had any program like this in the past. They said will give it try.

18. Does the company expect realistic outcomes? Not real because the employees usually use their free time to rest and have lunch or accomplish their own work.

19. How participative will management be? They support my program and give me all aportonte to start the program they want to see the result and reduce in back anjry at work for better health for the employees.
