1) What is your understanding of the three types of resistance (use your own words)?

2) Give an example of each of the three types of resistance to change. Maybe you have seen organizational change and experienced one or more of these types personally, or witnessed coworkers experience these three types - what did you witness or experience?

3) Using the "How to deal with resistance to change" article, suggest some ways you could deal with each of the three types of resistance.
