Problem Statement

In problem statement the hook and anchor, they are supported by the peer-reviewed that less than five years old from the intended ending, but the anchor had more than one verse. According to Doctoral Study Rubric, the anchor should be made as one sentence. The general business problem began with “the general business problem is” that follows the Doctoral Study Rubric. The specific problem is the low output in the company due to the poor motivation and failure to offer incentives that help the employees in increasing their morale. The particular business problem is written in line with the research question, for example, the issue of low output from the company and this is contributed by the employees who are unskilled and unqualified in various departments they are holding. The many ways of improving and increasing the morale of the employees are not initiated in the company hence causing this business problem. The company fails at high rates (Lockhart, & Stablein, 2002).

Purpose Statement

The purpose statement of the study, the author, has stated the research methods such as qualitative and research designs as various cases studies; this investigates the business strategies that could help in improving and increasing the morale of the employees through using of incentives in the company that would help in increasing the output. The author found that the specific community for proposed study, two small companies that are located in Texas. The motivation that will help in increasing the morale of the employees is the offering promotions to the employees who have a long time while in the company. I also think through offering incentives it will help in increasing the morale of the employees. The significance for the research that the study intends to look into is to find the several of training the employees to catch up the standards of the business. The research question that is addressed in this study is what the various ways of improving the output of the company are? What are the means of increasing the morale of the employees? The specific population and justification for using the chosen community, this is the employees in small companies which are not progressing due to the poor skills instilled in the employees this is because it is most affected population. The social change is through making the population benefit from the case study (Ho, 2014).

Nature of the Study

The quality of the study is qualitative; this is because the problems that face the employees can be summarized in different ways. For example when conducting a review of why there is low output in the company is due to the many of the workers being unskilled and having undeserving qualifications in the company while they are holding various critical departments. Through this methodology, it will help in ensuring that the reasons for the employees to underperform are stated, and the multiple ways of resolving the problem are outlined. In this case, the role of the management scrutinizing the employees before employment will help in ensuring that the possible solutions to the stated problems are solved. Through interacting with employees, it will also assist in acquiring the information about the low morale among the workers.

The more appropriate design is descriptive research designs, it helps in responding the questions like who, what, when, where and how. This is through ensuring that the problems are well explained by the employees, and the possible solutions are set. The research design helps in acquiring information about the current status of the phenomena and used to describe what is the critical reason for the problem that is stated above concerning the variable in a situation. Moreover, the managers can use the design in that they can use the issues observational as opposed to the quantitative methods because it is more suitable. This design also will help in gathering massive information about the problem in the company ((Ho, 2014).

Research Question(s) and Hypotheses

What are the various ways of improving the output of the company? What are the means of increasing the morale of the employees? The hypotheses and variables they work hand in hand. I think that through training and educating the employees will help in improving their work performance even though this has been happening it is assumed that it works for various employees who understand that they lack some of the skills and training. The most preferred hypothesis includes the null and alternative hypothesis as it is stated in the Doctoral Study Rubric (Webb, & Allen, 2004).

Theoretical Framework

The conceptual framework is a case study. They help in analyzing the persons, events, decisions, periods and policies. For this study, the case study theoretical framework will be more useful in that it will help in ensuring that the right information is acquired in the company about the problems that are facing the business. They are used in describing the entity that forms a single unit, for example, a person or an organization. Through considering various case studies, they help in ensuring that the details about the low output in multiple companies and this will help in relating the solution proposed in the different case study to the company used in the paper. I think that the case studies will add more information about the reasons for the low output and the decrease in the morale of the employees (Webb, & Allen, 2004).
