In Module Four, you learned about the Agile approach. For this activity, you are tasked to create a short written paper sometimes called a “fact sheet” or “information paper” that will present and defend the use of Agile. The vice president of Operations is concerned about the proposed approach of using Agile. In this information paper, you will describe the differences between Agile and waterfall. You will highlight the impact on scope, roles, and responsibilities in Agile.
