Risks in the area of system development and change control may impact the confidentiality, integrity and availability of a company’s information and data, which in turn may lead to lost business opportunities, legal, compliance and/or reputational risks. These risks may surface due to improper authorizations, inappropriate or ineffective testing and changes not being made on a timely basis.

a.Develop a high-level business process flow chart for an emergency change control process that takes these risks into consideration. Label the control points on the diagram and explain how these controls mitigate the identified risks?
