Value comes first by investing in the best equipment and using the best quality of coffee beans. Building relationships with consumers is always best. People go out of their way for fantastic coffee and you can't afford to skimp if you are one of five coffee shops in the neighborhood. At Backlot we will increase the menu selection by adding a coffee wine or coffee beer. This will increase the rewards program by using the application to increase points in order to get free monthly coffee. This opportunity will bring new consumers and profit growth for the business. Backlot will invest in workers to receive new or additional training certificate for the program.
