1. My goal is to be come a college professor to pursue my career in Early childhood Education.

2. Complete my education in receiving my PhD to receive my Doctoral degree in Early Childhood and teach Early Childhood studies at surrounding Universities.

Areas of Strength

· I work well with children in the Early Childhood classrooms.

· I have worked in Early Childhood Education teaching as a Head start teacher since 2011.

· I am a very creative and fun-loving teacher who enjoys grasping the attention of the child to help to be eager to learn new things.

· Enjoy making hands-on activities to get the children in the concept of developing a certain skill.

Areas for Growth

· Overcoming my fear in speaking in front of a large crowd.

· Get more an in-depth of my educational career in becoming an Early Childhood college professor.

· Learn the in-depth studies on what it takes to become a college professor.
