Leadership Approach
Strengths
Organizing, information gathering and communication are examples of the best skills and traits that I do showcase during the flowFligby simulation?. It is evident that proper organizing helps in making sure that theythe team?? What is meant by ‘they’? do achieve their goals and settings which will help make sure that they do achieve their standards which is not vital. It is important to acknowledge that proper organization of the work is a major step that will help push towards making sure that there is a format and easy flow which will help elevate their interactions (Lieberson & O'Connor, 2017). The fact that I take time to organize the activities is a good measure in adopting a positive strategy that will lead towards the proper functions which are relevant to the way that the other tasks will flow. For instance, it is evident that there is a proper need for having a plan that will help showcase the details of an individual’s roles since when they step into work. The concept is essential because it helps bring out a good plan that is sufficient to make sure that they do achieve their goals and strategies which is important to push their interactions.
It is important to acknowledge that information gathering is also vital and it builds on organizing because once an individual understands what to do with the available information, then they will have an easy time pushing for interactions. Information gathering helps because it is bound to interact and get to the bottom of things at work, seek help or advice from the superiors among others that then implies that there is a strategy that will see them interact well (Van Wart, 2013). It is important to understand that because of the good traits in collecting information, it is easier to build positive relations and interactions in the workplace that will push for the right strategies sufficient for interacting which is beneficial to the way that they do interact. It is also relative to communication because it helps in proper interactions within the workplace. The collection of data in the workplace is important because it helps when there is a flow of interactions and information within the workplace. The concept is a strength because it helps in making sure that there is a timeline on the data collection and making sure that they do achieve their intended goals unlike in most scenarios.
Weaknesses
My weaknesses appear to be active listening, stakeholder management and future orientation. are the main forms of weaknesses and they do These challenges can derail the proper planning and success of the business which is a major problem. What were the actual results? What percentile? Do you agree with this?
Active Listening
Active listening is vital because it helps in grasping the key points of interactions and thus failure to do the same implies that it will take twice the effort and time to get the information right which is not appropriate (Veliz, 2016). What is ‘active listening’? It is important to come up with strategies such as taking notes, setting targetsobjectives? that will help with active listening. The concepts are essential because taking notes will help in paying attention because one will have to keep up with the responsibilities and requirements that will help make sure that they establish a proper platform. It is important to acknowledge that coming up with targetsDo you mean objectives? is essential in making sure that theyWho are ‘they’? establish a proper plan that is beneficial to their interactions which is a major advantage. The concept is vital to active listening because when one has a target that is sensitive and they have to achieve it then they will have to work harder to try and pay attention to grasp the issue at hand and make sure that it suffices. This sounds like an assessment of an outsider looking in. Explain what you are trying to say from your own perspective. What strategies can you put in place to overcome this challenge? Stakeholder Management
Stakeholder management is also a major problem that I have with the workplace and I tend to fail in managing the business processes. The businesses interactions do require some forms of sensitivity that will help make sure that there is a proper establishment of a plan but failure to achieve the same concept is a major challengeWhat do you mean by ‘same concept’? This sentence needs clarification.. It is important to understand that businesses have to interact with ??? in order to make sure that there is a proper plan that is productive and interactive and will help make sure that there is a right plan towards achieving their goals. It is important to make sure that going out and practicing is an important strategy that will help in boosting interactions and making sure that there is some form of reliability in the interactions in the workplace. The above does not mention strategies you would put in place to overcome your weakness with ‘stakeholder management.’ What does the reading say? What are some practical strategies you could put in place to overcome this challenge?
Future Orientation
Future orientation is also a weakness because I do fail to make plans that will see the long-term future. It is important to think and plan ahead and thus failure to have the same makes it a challenge to work and exist in most of the work settings. The concept affects planning and also goal setting because I always think about today and not the future which is a major issue. What does the reading say about ‘future orientation’? What is it? It is important to solve such a problem through making sure that there is proper time management through setting of goals and strategies. The goals have to be time sensitive and have specific time and interactions which is important to push for adopting to the future orientation practices relevant for the organization. What are some practical strategies you could put in place to overcome this challenge?
Your paper is too general. The paper should be written as though you are analyzing your own results. It needs more support from the reading, especially related to strategies you could put in place to overcome challenges. Also, be sure you have section headings for better organization.
