You have done a nice job with this speech, but I think there is so much more you can do with it. First, you want to work on your organization. Layout all of your big ideas and see how you can best arrange them to flow from one to the next. I would also encourage you to work on balancing your appeals. This can help persuade audience members who might not be fully convinced to put their energy towards your purpose. Match this work with your strong delivery skills and you will have an excellent speech.
