TOPIC : PUBLIC INTEREST FROM ADVOCATE PLANNER ON SOCIAL JUSTICE AND HOMELESSNESS
For example Rational planners think they as experts can define what is in the public interest. They do not think they need to consult with residents of the city or the neighbourhood to find out what is in their interest. What is in the interest of the homeless as a member of the public and what does each tradition plan for perhaps not their interest. What kind of process is needed in order to learn what is in the interest of the homeless and does it matter to any but the advocate planner ?
