Assignment instructions First read chapter 8, pp 100- 113. Next, using Appendix on page 206-207 or 208-209  (from the text) as your template, prepare a Diagnosis and Biopsychosocial Risk and Resilience Assessment for either Case 1: Tracy LO or Case 2: Jay. Be sure to use professional clinical language and markers. Four page maximum. A reference section is required.
