Psychology constructs

There are many variables studied by psychologists that are simple to measure. These measurements include sex, age, height, weight, and birth order. Psychological construct cannot be observed directly. One reason for that is that they often repeat represent tendencies such as thinking, feeling, or acting in certain ways. Another reason they cannot be observed directly is that they often involve internal processes, for example the activation of central and peripheral nervous system structures that work with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors invites now these are able to be observed from the outside.

The definition of a psychological construct describes the behaviors and internal processes that make up that construct along with how it relates to other types of variables.
