Gandhi failed numerous times, but he learned from each one, honing his leadership abilities and improving them progressively. Mahatma teaches us that even the best leaders can make mistakes and have their share of failures. According to him, excellent leaders are those who recognize and take responsibility for their mistakes. Everyone in Gandhi's movement had a method of connecting to the end goal. When it came to his own self- confidence, as well as inspiring the Indian people to believe in their own abilities, he was a natural leader.
