Question: What do you think your strengths and weaknesses are when working with people who have communication styles that are different from yours? Answer: My strengthens with dealing with individuals of diffwerent communication styles is to listen to their ideas and opinions because you don't want to jump to conclusion and not give them a chance to express thoughts. Weakness is interperting what the individuals say and taking it the wrong way.

Question: Which of the characters in this activity would be the most challenging for you to lead? Why? If you encountered these characters in real life, what strategies might you use to lead these individuals effectively? Answer: Matthew some individuals are hard to understand why we do certain things and you have to break it down for individuals to get the correct understanding.
