ESSAY 1

Thesis- explaining Julie Beck's point of view and how I agree with Beck 

- believes how you should have a support system

- explaining how she says that selective exposure is important

- How Beck views that people could be wrong on the way they think

Claim 1 - In my point of view, people should be united together

Thesis: I agree with Julie Beck, especially the claim that people only want to learn information that supports their views rather than challenging them. I have seen this effect when people talk about whether there should be free healthcare is the US. 

1. Free healthcare would allow people more freedom when deciding whether they should seek medical attention.
