Read these instructions carefully. You will submit a well-developed draft of the Second Data Collection Method Procedures and the Third Data Collection Method Procedures of the prospectus. The Prospectus: Part 4 – Procedures Approaches Assignment submission will include (a) the title page, (b) Chapter One, (c) the Chapter Three: Procedures Overview, (d) the Interview Procedures, (e) the Second Data Collection Method Procedures, (f) the Third Data Collection Method Procedures, (g) the Summary, and (h) a references page.

The Second Data Collection Method Procedures and the Third Data Collection Method Procedures headings will be relabeled to reflect the type of data collection approaches selected. For instance, the example headings in the textbook read: Survey Procedures and Documents Procedures, respectively. Your headings will reflect your data collection approaches. Possible data collection approaches include focus groups, quantitative surveys, qualitative questionnaires, observations, or documents. Per SOE Applied Research (Capstone) Project Requirements – 3rd edition (located in the SOE Doctoral Community), you must select three different types of approaches - the first being interviews and one approach being quantitative. All questions and prompts must be grounded in the literature. Carefully review the SOE Applied Research (Capstone) Project Requirements – 3rd edition for details regarding each approach.

The Prospectus: Part 4 – Procedures Approaches Assignment submission must follow the requirements described in detail within the Applied Research Capstone Template document located in the SOE Doctoral Community, the course textbook, and especially the checklists. Carefully and clearly address each checklist item for each section.

Do not remove any sections developed in the previous assignments. The Prospectus: Part 4 – Procedures Approaches Assignment submission will add a minimum of seven full new pages of content to the existing body text. The submission must include at least four additional and unique sources/citations (i.e., a minimum total of 16 sources). Sources must be correctly listed on a references page using current APA format at the end of the paper. The new sources must be recent (within the past five years) scholarly research journal articles related to the project topic.
