Read these instructions carefully. You will submit a well-developed draft of Chapter Three: Procedures of the prospectus, including all previously-submitted Chapter One material. The Prospectus: Part 3 – Procedures Approaches Assignment submission will include (a) the title page, (b) Chapter One, (c) the Chapter Three: Procedures Overview, (d) the Interview Procedures, and (e) a references page. The Interview Procedures section will thoroughly explain the actual interview procedures and provide a minimum of 10 open-ended questions, all fully justified using the topic literature. The section must meet all checklist requirements in the Applied Research Capstone Template located in the SOE Doctoral Community.

The Prospectus: Part 3 – Procedures Approaches Assignment submission must follow the requirements described in detail within the Applied Research Capstone Template document located in the SOE Doctoral Community, the course textbook, and especially the checklists. Carefully and clearly address each checklist item for each section.

Do not remove any sections developed in the previous assignments. The Prospectus: Part 3 – Procedures Approaches Assignment submission will add a minimum of four full new pages of content to the existing body of text. A minimum of 10 interview questions are required, and each must be grounded in the topic literature. The submission must include at least four additional and unique sources/citations (i.e., a minimum total of 12 sources). Sources must be correctly listed on a references page using current APA format at the end of the paper. The new sources must be recent (within the past five years) scholarly research journal articles related to the project topic.
