Introduction

Unemployment is defined as a situation where someone of working age is not able to get a job but would like to be in full-time employment.

This proposal has been written to find solutions on the important issue of the unemployment in east part of Saudi Arabia.

I chose this topic because of the high unemployment rate in Saudi Arabia.

The issue of foreign labor in Saudi Arabia is now one that touches all corners of the globe. Since 30% of Saudi Arabia's population of 27.3 million are immigrants from other countries, changes in Saudi labor laws affect not only the workers but their families around the world. On the other hand, Saudi nationals have witnessed high levels of unemployment for the past decade. The number of Saudi Who are looking for a Job in Hafiz program is 1.072.162 and the percentage is 16.1% males and 83.9 % females. (1)

This research intends to identify solutions on the important issue of the unemployment of Saudi Arabia. background to study how attitudes influence unemployment in the country. This will also include a description of the research, objectives, questions and population.

Problem statement

The rate of unemployment in East Saudi Arabia is very high and becomes ton the of the main issues for young men in Saudi Arabia.

Justification:

· The new graduated men cannot it find jobs to suit their education level and make fair income for their living.

· The foreign labor is getting lots of jobs in most of the country which make it even more hard for the Saudi people to get a job.

Background:

The general authority for statistics in Saudi make estimation for the unemployment rate in Saudi Arabia. The total population is Saudi Arabia is 32,552,336 people, there are 1,118,801 people seeking jobs and 9,892,723 are non-Saudi employed people. There are 13,841,158 employed persons. the number of people seeking a job is 13.889.137, which 1,075,933 males and 216,35 females.

The reach gives as more details that the biggest percentage of the age between 25-29 years old and that equal %34,2 of the unemployment and half of the people who are seeking jobs have university degrees and that is %50,5.

Objectives:

This research study will be guided by the following objectives.

· The general objective is to know the causes of the unemployment involuntary

· The first specific objective is to identify the causes of the males’ unemployment in the east part of Saudi Arabia.

· The second specific objectives main reasons for being jobless.
