Domestic violence should be avoided by all means and those found guilty should be held liable for their actions

Problem statement

Domestic violence should be a thing of the past in this 21st century and anyone who is found guilty for this offense shall be held liable for their actions and must face the law.

Aims at presenting information about domestic violence to the community

Aims at giving voice to domestic violence survivors

Intends to meet community leaders and ask critical questions

Seeks and protect to support the domestic violence victims

Plans to give a chance to domestic violence survivors to express themselves.

This proposal aims at presenting information that I have learned in class content concerning domestic violence to the society and ensure that the community understands s the critical question.

The proposal aims at giving a voice to the silenced voices of the innocent who have been victimized for trying to defend themselves.

This proposal intends to research on community leaders and listen to what they have to say about this issue of domestic violence

This proposal seeks to give a ward of comfort to support and protect the victims of domestic violence

The proposal also plans to increase the community’s ability to analyze and check issues regarding women’s safety

The main objective of this proposal is to give a listening ear to the survivors of domestic violence and critically analyze their point of view

Another objective of this proposal is to teach and preach to whole nation on the importance of adhering to policies that protect domestic violence survivors and then analyze their understanding and check if there is change

The third objective of this proposal is to learn and evaluate the effectiveness of the current policies against domestic violence and then implement much stricter rules that will protect domestic violence survivors.

Another important objective of this proposal is to create or develop an argument that is based on a research concerning policy and push for its implementation in order for it to bring change to the society.

Te research on my proposal will assume the diagnostic research design because my type of research it trying to find out the underlying cause of why a bigger number of victims of domestic violence is women. Using this type of research design will help me understand more about the domestic violence, its history and why the society is so good in looking down upon women and taking them as weaklings that cannot do anything in their defense.

Another important aspect that I will find out while using this kind of research design is that I will be able to know why policies that were formed to protect the rights of women have been undermined and have no meaning anymore. With this kind of a research design, I will be able to identify the problem which is the alarming increase rate in the domestic violence especially during this pandemic period. I will be able to find the diagnosis of the problem which is the hard economic times and the solution of the problem which coming up with new policies and implementing them so that women rights can be respected and who fail to comply will be liable to their actions.

I will be using the qualitative research design which will help me to answer my question of how and why domestic violence is becoming rampant the community recently. While using this type of research design, I will be using the open-ended survey question and the most appropriate people to answer my question are the domestic violence survivors and the general public. Statistical research suggest that more questions goes to the survivors of domestic violence pointing fingers at them but I this case I will be trying to give a voice that had been silenced. Using the open-ended survey question while asking critical questions will be a great way to obtain complex data through people’s reactions and thoughts

Another great way to obtain accurate data is by using the quantitative research design which will answer my questions of who, when, where, what and how many and in this way I will be able to acquire reliable data that will give the correct and accurate information about the domestic violence. It is good to carry out a research and call for policy change and implementation with presence of realistic and accurate data.

After I have gathered enough information about my proposal and have obtained the required data, it is now time to create policies that will be implemented after a series of processes.

When creating or coming up with new policies concerning a domestic violence, it good to ask ourselves some questions concerning its implementation. In this stage, it is wise to ensure that is no confusion that goes beyond the recommended scope and is done by making sure that all the people of the public have clearly understood the new policies and what is to be implemented. Moreover, it is good to undertake a thorough education to the general public and more specifically to the doers of the action because the whole nation points fingers on the survivor yet they are not to blame. In so doing, they will understand the meaning of implementation and the reason for this action. Another critical aspect that needs to be put into consideration is the process of implementation, the outcome after the policies have been implemented and other factors affecting implementation.

The most frequently asked question following domestic violence is why you didn’t leave or what you did to him. It is now time to change the side of the coin and start asking critical and hard questions. Statistics have indicated that there has been a huge increase of domestic violence since the emergence of the pandemic and countless women have been battered and their rights have been violated in a big way. The criminal justice in general has their own policies that protects the rights of women but more often it is has been evident that those laws and policies are not effective enough to hold people liable for their wrong doings
