The impacts of Real Estate Developers on Urban Development: The Case Study of Dammam Metropolitan Area (D.M.A)

Instructions:

· It’s Ph.D. proposal so I want it to be high professional.

· My research related to Dammam Metropolitan area DMA in Saudi Arabia.

· My research focus on the relation between the real estate developers, and the effect of that on urban development to be focus more it will relate to 3 main aspects (social, economic and environment) that effect the urban development. So try to create the idea of that.

· I have researched for the most important files that could be used for literature review section, please check them in attachment files and try to use most of them. Also may be you want to find some other related sources to add more information.

· Only use the sources and citation in (Literature review section) and if needed use it in intro section and other but not too much.

· Start the literature review with the introduction section that from the files that related to Dammam Metropolitan Area.

· In Literature review section: it’s important to extract the indicators from cases study that could be used to solve the problem and define the major’s terms.

· Follow the proposal elements that I wrote them here (down)

· Max number of pages 40, and Min. 35 including cover and references pages.

· Use APA citation system.

· Double space.

· Time New Roman 12 font size.

· Take care of plagiarism, it must be original text.

· Check the word file (MY PROPSAL) start from it.. Edit, add and write.

8. General goal (usually it’s opposite the Problem)

9. Objectives (through them we can achieve the goal)

10. Literature review

a. Introduction.

b. Social aspect (focus on cases study, indicators to measure and define the major terms)

c. Economic aspect (focus on cases study, indicators to measure and define the major terms)

d. Environment aspect (focus on cases study, indicators to measure and define the major terms)

e. Summary of benefits.

11. Research methodology (types of data, how collect them, measure, I’m studying applied study so its important to take care about experts thinking By field survey to prove the problem and identify the variables)

12. Scope of the research (what are the expect results and benefits of this research)
