Customer satisfaction and experiences are a fundamental aspect of an organization, providing an effective platform for customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, supporting additional revenue to the Company. Similarly, AMD Company is a small logistic Company with 20 employees, accommodating a significant number of customers, ordering a product on an online platform, and need a significant platform for efficient and effective communication to support trust and experiences. To ensure effective customer and organizational communication, this proposal is sorting to address the challenge by incorporating effective communication via information technology adaptation (Artificial Intelligence in customer services). According to the authors, AI technology provides after-sale support and customers experiences that shorten customers’ waiting time (Daqar and Smoudy, 2019). Primarily, the Company accommodated phone calls and other traditional communication needs. Incorporating real-time technologies such as Artificial intelligence would provide a platform for rapid customer feedback and response in any organization, supporting customers’ retention. The organization stands to gain through leveraged real-time customers’ communication and services and tremendous growth in the organization's ability to accommodate and implement new technologies for effective performance. AMD Company serves many consumers that order products through an online platform, and they require a large platform for efficient and effective communication in order to foster trust and positive experiences. The Company has accommodated traditional customers’ communication platforms such as SMS, phone calls, and mail which has created a significant delay in customer feedback and response to the organization. The organization operates within a small community but is receiving a positive change in customer increment and geographical coverage thus, communication becomes critical. Customers' operation is on on-line based while ordering services and products from online Companies, then the AMD Organization is responsible for online delivery as a logistic company. Furthermore, the Company is responsible for timely and safe transportation of the product to the stare location whereby customers physically come with verification documents to pick up ordered products and services. Thus, communication is an essential operations technique for the AMD organization.

Statement of the Problem

Customer satisfaction and experiences are an important part of any business, as they provide a solid foundation for customer acquisition, retention, and contentment, as well as increased income, performance, and satisfaction (Mendonca and Zhou, 2019). The Company mostly handled phone calls and other forms of traditional communication. Incorporating real-time technologies such as artificial intelligence into any firm will create a platform for immediate consumer feedback and response, boosting customer loyalty.

Solution

To ensure effective customer and organizational communication, this proposal is sorting to address the challenge by incorporating effective communication via information technology adaptation (Artificial Intelligence in customer services). In conclusion, the prosed business change in the AMD logistics company is to improve customers' services and experience, accommodating AI technologies specifically chatbots for rapid customer feedback and organization response, creating additional revenue, profitability, continuation, and sustainability for the AMD logistic organization’s communication department.
