Data Set

In this Data Science Project Proposal, prepare a two-pages proposal explaining the followings:

· Who is your target audience?

· What are you trying to do (the problem to address)? Feel free to list multiple potential questions you are interested in to find an answer.

· Which data you plan to use and what kind of information you want to communicate?

· Which tools or methods you tentatively consider using with the data? You might talk about some  plots or methods you plan to use. It is OK to not implement those proposed methods in your final deliverables if you later realize whether they are not applicable or there is  a better method out there. You can brainstorm alternative topic selections so that you  will have a backup in case your initial proposal did not go as planned.
