Topic: WIFI network for Bank

Background of ANZ Bank

The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, most commonly known as ANZ was established when the Bank of Australasia merged with Union Bank of Australia Limited was merged together in 1951. It is currently an Australian multinational banking and financial services company with the headquarters located in Melbourne. It is one of the big four banks in Australia.

Purpose of this Project

This project is to create wireless network for an organisation, it can be a hotel, airport or shopping mall which a place that public should able to connect to a WIFI. We have chosen ANZ bank to propose the most suitable Wi-Fi network for them to use. In the proposal we will design a wireless network which will detail of the floorplan, coverage, details of the access points/devices and the costs included for a banking system to use on the WIFI. Moreover, the ANZ bank that we are going to implement for the wireless network are a small branch office that consists 2 floors may include several departments in the branch.

1st Floor

This floor plan is created by using Lucid-chart and each of the room and section are clearly state of the purpose and function which this level have also include the service and sales department. Each level of switch will connect to the router then to the WIFI access point.

2nd Floor

Each department or user will only connect to the switch of the level then will join with the router and WI-FI Access Point.

Cost Budget for All the Equipment to apply in ANZ Bank

Just an estimation hasn’t decided which should applied in this wireless banking network for ANZ Bank.
