Project Schedule
I have defined project deliverables and job packages that are needed for this project to be completed. It's time to prepare a marketing strategy. Contact is a crucial component of necessary project plans, problems, and behavior. The strategy delivers information to multiple partners and becomes a central component of the overall project schedule. This plan's primary objective will be what, who, and when information is communicated to project partners so that things such as plans, problems, and activities can be monitored. The focus audience for this project needing project changes is client, sponsor, top management, technical team, and project manager. The customer must be aware of any delays in project execution and why we face such a problem. The sponsor must know how a project proceeds and if it has faced serious challenges. The project team wants to see plans, work lists, requirements and what to do. Top management needs feedback on project status, even how they need to make informed decisions and handle a project portfolio. The project manager will be on track of improvements in project scale, deliverables, team progress reports, milestone reports (Larson, 2018).
Communication strategies can differ by form of group I'm attempting to target. Via email and hardcopy letters, in-person conference, or phone calls. The last thing in the contact plan is to determine who is responsible for submitting project status documents. Provider group can include project manager, project team, and senior management.
The major stakeholders will be parastatals who have united and would like to support the local community's education. Since the parastatals have already gained momentum by engaging highly in academic matters, they are the key customers of these projects. Besides them, the United Nations has been talking about the construction of libraries for a long while, and thus they are a possible catch for this project.

Concept behind each step |
|
PRELIMINARY STEPS |
|
|
Recognition of the need for a new building |
A project will involve the construction of a three-story building with a parking lot in the basement. The building will be constructed so that it will be fire-resistive and with a slate roof. The project will take an estimate of 12 months from the begging to completion. The community library, located in a central position since it will be a social facility accessible by everyone in society. |

Library objectives |
The objective of the project is to construct a community library for residents starting from next month. The library will have a capacity of 2000 people to accommodate a good number of people in society. |

HIRING OF THE ARCHITECT |
|
|
Develop a philosophy of architecture |
An architectural design is available. A meeting with the construction management of America is scheduled to next week on Wednesday. Construction consent has been acquired, but there is one step remaining, but it will be fully ready before the end of the month. |

|
Estimate project cost |
The cost of construction is estimated to be $72 million. The budget is all-inclusive. A team of 68 employees will be required to include a human resource manager, construction manager, civil engineer, and economist, and masons. On several occasions, causal labor will be required, and it will be sourced from the local community. |
