Folklore final paper

· At this stage, what would you like to focus on for your final paper topic?

My topic will be the difference between the storytellers.

· What interests you about this topic?

First, I heard many of the stories since I was young, there exists the difference between the storytellers, for example, my grandparents or my sister. Also, I interviewed my friend several weeks ago, I found that he has a different way of telling the story. What’s more, different cultures or different groups of people would like to tell the story based on their own characteristics and emphasis. The week 8 discussion also inspired me to make this decision.

As we learned on the week 5, week 6 and week 8.

· What folklore concept(s) might you use in your analysis?

Power of storytelling, Vernacular, storytelling of gender.
