The opportunity that we have to improve the IT system within advance level to predict the future forecasting sales and investment decision and make analytical and geometrical calculation within no time. Need to grow the investors with most advance system.

All the software is running on the best performance with no hurdle and must be interlinked with sale department as well to access the information. Software must be cloud computing with updated version of CRM to liked with their accounts, emails. Account’s manager has accessed every little information if they want for analysis. They monitor every single transaction with every second investment portfolio decision.

Our project is main priority to provide the quality software with efficient running software who processes the sales and generate revenue with cloud computing CRM software with linked with their mobiles and emails to notify them on every transaction. The scope of the IT system adaptation is very unlimited and go beyond the thinking which could be add further in future according to the company financial service company to arrange the investment portfolios. The software must be integrated.

The scope of this project to work with as a team and provide quality services to our clients. Also our system should be advance to build the sales and revenue.

Our main cost would be software purchase which could be cloud computing or own servers because we no longer focus on the local software and we bought the software from the legitimate software company who make this software with our requirements. Because in our local software we are many things lacks in the running software.

Here we need first best IT servers where we store all the data of the company and runs all heavy software on the machine. In our team we must require skilled and talented people. They need to install, run, and maintain the software of the company where the sales processing will be smooth. Staff must be software engineer and have a relevant experience.

Time management

The project will be completed in the given timeframe. In this project time management is very important for the team to advance the sale processes with cloud CRM technology to provide better services.

All the stakeholders are in meeting

For every step success we need to involve the stakeholders that we complete the phase and give feedback from them and keep advice from them for the betterment of the implementation of the project.

Project Methodology

Our project methodology is to be focusing on the phase wise works that we prefer. We divide our work on different phases like to negotiate with the software companies that purchase cloud computing which make our time safe and if we build the own software we need a highly qualified engineers for making the software and the past experience was not good so far so we purchase the financial services software to the legitimate company then we working on this software with our requirements through our engineer and install our data in to that software and the application that we build could be run on the single setup on the starting phase then move to the department then whole company. Our sales executive and account manager are our top priority to facilitate them as soon as possible with the demanding requirements to improve the sales and account system. So, the system and sales software must be interlinked to access the information but have an access of few peoples in starting phase. Salesperson will know and analysis and make forecasting the sales of the investors. Our staff could be working on the interlinked the software and have an access of the id of the system to make their work better.

Our description of work is to integrate the sale and system to each other to access the data information to our salesperson which is starting phase to access the customer information with programming and coding the program. Then must collaborate with software company or our servers to build a main server to link and access all information on one place.

Our assumption is to use the main servers which is equipment of the IT and integrate the software to the system means account and sale have access the information on one page.

Our milestone is to complete the project in different phases. Step by step initiation and completion of the project is very important for the success of the project. Our target is to achieve the milestone to complete our task to integrate the software to the sale and system to link each other. Buy storage to the software companies or own maintain the min server which will store all the information in one platform to access every salesperson and give rights to them to access the sales lead. And make the system very easy and readable.

Our due date is complete the project within 6 months.

Quality Requirements

In the quality requirements of the project, it should be tested before the implementation of the cloud computing software and the software run smoothly without any break with new features and easy to use. If the software has a lot of users at one time it should be running smooth without any delay and show the results within nano second. Also the system software are linked with the sale software to access all information and make analysis of the investors and their portfolio. These quality requirements in cloud CRM technology, making reports easily. The cost in this project it should be cost effective and very low with new CRM technology and AI use in the software.

Acceptance Criteria

The acceptance criteria of the project if they are willing to make reports, monitor the transactions with history of our transaction every investor every portfolio of the company. Analyze the different investment portfolio with different analytical built-in tools to make prediction of the investments in different portfolios. All the system and sales are integrated to each other to make and access the data of the investors. Make an easy and readable CRM software for the sales team to lead the sale within a easy way and make analysis easily. Account’s manager easily manages the accounts and monitor the investors account with generating more sales and revenue. Our backup system must be intact with the main server and always on with power generation system. All IT equipment are well updated and free from viruses.

Technical Information

Company needs to organize all the data store in the temporary servers while in that period they start a phase of the project. It could be their using own main servers with technical staff and make programming and coding the machine to integrate the system to sales. In the first phase different software making company to buy that software in term of storage or cloud computing techniques within CRM software and align with the company requirements then we install all our data into it with the requirements of the company, like different software sales process throughout the account’s manager and sales team, making their financial analysis and monitoring the transaction of the company. All the work will be done we implement this software as runner in our practical field with calculate our risk which could be minimum. Need to more programmed with the registered and legitimate software. And think for the future perspective after successfully completing the project.

Agreement Information

The agreement information between the company and IT company is that the not leaking any information of the client to anyone. All the information must be safe and keep monitoring on the data safety measures. Because in the financial instate services data is everything for the company and their investors where to invest the money and the money protection of the investors. The cloud computing agreement to the IT company is very easy and accessible to everyone.
