I chose the video because it expresses on current issues that affects everyone. Motivation topic is common and everyone has a unique version about it.

Q2

The speaker is a student and has a leadership position under the Youth Council. The information he shared have inspired some people. Based on the comments those who viewed the video appreciated the content. The topic of the speech is motivation and the winning strategy. I consider the speech inspiring and educative.

Q3

The speaker is Brendan Clark who is sharing his philosophy of the winning strategy and motivation. Brendan is the director of Barnstable Youth Council and this itself indicates the kind of dedication, hard work and motivation he has towards his work. The audience would perceive him as young, passionate and hardworking man.

The video was done in February 29, 2016 and it focused on the issue of motivation and winning strategy. The speech is generally handling day-to-day issues that people encounter and advises everyone to have motivation which contributes to winning the set objectives or goals. What people might think about the topic is how they will use motivation to achieve their desired goals.

The speech explains the contribution of motivation to a success of a project. Motivation is what people have when focusing on things they are passionate about. It also describes that it looks interesting when an individual finds motivation on something they are not interested about. Motivation involves putting yourself on someone else shoes to solve the issue of doubts and questions reasons to do something that someone would appreciate.

Motivation is a concept that I need most in my academic life to deal with the obstacles and focus more to achieve my academic dreams and goals.
