Conceive power will be used by the CHRO to make an adverse threat to the employees performing

The social power will help the CHRO to be able to control the social interaction among the employees

With this type of power given to the Human Resource Officer, it will enable smooth running of the organization, effective work coordination , build customer relationship, conducive working environment hence leading to increase in profit

A cultural assumption is an idea that is common throughout the culture. Each culture may have completely different or similar assumption, based on the tradition, laws and people of that particular place.  Assumptions are a necessary and inevitable outcome of interacting within your own cultural
