Project Objective statement
1.0 Overview of the Project
1.1 General Project Objective Statement
The Homeowner [Teresa Johnston] is finishing Framing the Basement of the primary residence. The homeowner will be responsible for purchasing the materials, tools and equipment. Owner will also be responsible of labor and all other expenses need to for the completion of the framing of the basement.

2.0 Deliverables
2.1 Owner will supply the deliverables to any outside contractors be electricians, plumbers and Hvac installers.
2.2 Owner will provide the plans to the electrician on where to place the receptacle outlets, light fixtures and switches.
2.3 Owner will be provided where heating registers will be put installed.
2.4 The Deliverables due date will be provided for the date of execution for the electrician and hvac installers.
3.0 Milestones
3.1 Foundation work making sure waterproofing the inside of basement.
3.2 Framing-Installation of wood framing.
3.3 Mechanical-Installation of electrical, heating and plumbing.
Interior work-Finishing of installing insulation, hanging of drywall, taping, mudding, and painting.
3.4 Trim-Finish window, door and baseboard trim
4.0 Technical Requirements
4.1 Find out the Basement requirements are from the City.
4.2 Checklist for obtaining Building Permit and Permit Fees.
4.3 Plans to the contactors that are hired.
5.0 Limits and exclusions
5.1 Standards of the scope of the project so the inspector will not make any recommendations or perform any actions during the inspection.
5.2 County Inspectors will not determine the following
· Cost of materials
· The effectiveness, and efficiency of heating and its components.
· Warranty and Guarantees of the contractors.
6.0 Review
6.1 Will be done by the owner where to purchase all materials need to complete the framing of the basement.
