Introduction/Overview of Project
Currently Houston we have a Party Business uses a basic Shopify website for its operations. The aim of the project is to create a new website that is an improved and upgraded version of the current simple website which will be capable of showing the business's complete capabilities. Improving and upgrading the website will allow the business to attract more customers offer more services to clients and increase revenue.
Project Organization
Project manager – IT subject matter experts - Stakeholders
Management and Technical Processes
Management Processes:
Project manager is the lead and acts as a liaison between the group and the owners. All the updates will be delivered to the owners by the project manager. Any conflicts or concerns that arrive will be taken care of respectively by the entire team.
Technical Processes:
Phase 1 will be implemented as per the project scope. Phase 1 include system planning and examining the current system. As per the project timeline the project is set to be delivered on time.
Work to Be Performed
· Utilize a dynamic product catalog to increase the functionality of the webpage.
· Present a customized version of the Garland Creator tool.
· Make a blog post with balloon design advice.
· Add event information and personalization choices to the booking form to make it better.
· Add a personalized user interface and a client account tab for order history.
Schedule Information
The project will run for 150 hours and or 5 months. Each phase of the project spans from 1 to 2 weeks

$300 is the current budget estimate
