Project Activities

1) Build a digital system which is user friendly for vaccine coordinator to use.

2) Patient information will be safeguarded in accordance with federal and state regulations (HIPAA).

3) The system can be accessed with any web browser and via a mobile app.

4) Build Digital system with fields for Patient Last and First Name and Date of birth, Vaccine manufacturer information, Vial lot number, dates of administration for first and second dose, zipcode.

5) Search tab should be built in such a way that patient records can be pulled easily by first name, last name, DOB.

6) The digital system should allow users to download a pdf copy of vaccination record

7) Digital system should be built in such a way that it assigns an unique ID for every vaccination record.

8) It should have two types of user accounts one for regular public other for providers. Providers should have additional access to update patient records.

9) Digital system should allow users to fax and email vaccination records.

10) Digital system should have a tab to pull full list of vaccinated people based on county and state.

11) Tab for validation should work based on unique ID. The validation system should be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Asana

Project manager uses Asana to create tasks assign them to specific team members, and set a deadline for them. Teams can work together on tasks by leaving comments for quick communication and adding files for document sharing. Users receive reminders about approaching deadlines and the status of their assigned assignments in their email.  It can help onsite and remote workers arrange their daily duties.

Microsoft Teams

Project manager can convert Teams conversations and meetings into Asana tasks. Team members can see Asana tasks, projects, status updates, and Portfolios in Teams.
