Project Requirement Document for VoIP System

Overview of the project:

The project aims to install a voice over IP phone system in the campus. The requirements state that the campus has three buildings, and each has around 20-50 workstations. This report intends to provide an overview of the major requirements for the project. A work breakdown structure will also be depicted in this report.

Financial Requirements:

The IT sector has provided a $ 25,000 financial plan. The cash allowance is used for hardware, installation, and all goods and licenses, and all three of them (3) maintain VoIP over structures. If redistribution to a neighboring institution is to be measured, it should be measured. Before the completion of any work or the commencement of the project, the Chairman or the CEO must approve it.

Human Resources:

The human resources required for this task include the following:

· CIO, Information Officer

· CFO Financial Officer

· IT Administrator and Network Engineering.

The financial plan remains in place, and third (3) structures are the most appropriate method and a better way to get a VoIP call for them. Since the structures are closely interconnected, Point-to-Point is ideal for this small organization. A 50 centimeter (20 to 50) working at a central location with a low-cost approach. It is appropriate to work back through an adjacent institution certified by the organization: Measures are needed to approve reconciliation. Generally, any employee should normally declare the company or the CEO.

Workload:

The outstanding task at hand would comprise all the hardware used to set-up, run, and keep up the VoIP frameworks all through every one of the three (3) structures. Or on the other hand as such, what's should have been done so as to get the VoIP frameworks ready for action.

Environmental Dependencies:

VoIP phone frame kernel systems, servers, and phones. It is important for the executive to make progress in moving ahead with the introduction of progress. Voice visual quality organizes high preloads of the VoIP organization as a weak Nokia, Jetter and missed a number of bits.
