· Launch of new e-commerce website

· Liverpool electronics wants to close their physical store and open e-Business.

· Auto emailing invoices to customers.

Objectives:

· To promote the business and sell the products through internet.

· To create a user-friendly website.

· Customers can view the detail and pictures of the products.

· To create a high revenue website which is unique in the business world today.

Success criteria:

· Involvement of user.

· Security and efficiency.

· Completion of project within a time and budget.

· Secure payment.

Deliverables:

· Security at new sites.

· Moving customer records without any data loss

· State of the art system.

Exclusions:

· Direct delivery.

· No cash payment.

· No click and collect.

· Addressing customer delivery complaints.

Benefit expected:

· Customer satisfaction.

· Time saving.

· Safe and secure transactions.

· Smooth operation of business with stock and logistics details.
