· Before you try to Sales $ should be calculated based on the existing data:

Sales $=([EndDate]-[ResDate]+1) * RentalPrice

· To get a month name rather than a number, you use the TEXT function, =TEXT(cell reference,"mmmm") - returns a full month name, as January - December

Question 9. For the month of June, prepare a pie chart comparing the revenue by property category.

Suggestions :

Similar to the question above, that rental revenue is equivalent to the sales $ you calculated from Question 6. You can run the Pivot table to get the summary data and then create the pie chart.
