Running head: PROJECT 1

Many factors lead to successful projects; in this project, I believe communication is the key to the success of the project. There is a need to coordinate all the project activities and noting down issues affecting project completion. As a future project manager, it is my responsibility to ensure that the project is completed. As such, it is my responsibility to collect essential tools and techniques that will make this goal accomplished. Some people might find this useful, but I have seen some managers scratching their heads wondering where they went wrong.

Being the manager, I will make sure that all team members are motivated. This will allow us to complete the project on time and within the budget. I will keep the team inspired by involving each team member throughout the project. I will also have to plan the best milestone that will make them believe that things are moving in the right direction. In this case, communication is the key. Hence I will let the team members know that they are performing well.

My organization will employ the most competent team members will help in achieving the set goals. The organization will also ensure that all the necessary steps are followed. In this case, my audience will be the stakeholders. These individuals need to know how the project is doing; there is also a need to explain to them the anticipated risks. The type of data to include in my presentation is frequent of team members and managers communication. It might also include the number of risks associated with the project.
