The first, project cost management includes: planning for cost management, estimating costs, determining budget for your project, and determining how you will control the costs throughout the project.
Secondly, we will study procurement management, a related activity to project cost.
This assignment will be to write a 1500 word, or enough to fully cover the primary topic in a written paper.
· Produce two documents.
· The first is a Project Cost Document and the second a Project Procurement Document.
· You will need use PMBOK Chapter 7 pages 221-253 and Chapter 12 pages 415-453 to help with create this paper. You will have to have access to the book yourself.
· Research at least two scholarly articles from the PMI.org website pertaining to 1) project cost management and 2) project procurement role for a project manager.
Each should have a separate cover sheet naming the plan you are submitting but they can both be in a single document.
