· Topic: Poverty population growth from 2012 to 2022 in Binghamton, NY in relation to affordable housing opportunities

· Problem Statement: In the last decade poverty rates have continued to rise without an end in sight. As poverty rates have risen housing opportunities have not matched the population necessary to support those in need. More and more individuals wind up homeless every year.
