PROJECT 2
The project will employ a total of one thousand persons until when it will be complete. These will include all the engineers and other professionals, and individuals for offering other essential services. Given that this team is very large, individuals will be required to work in shifts of eight hours, with each team having its specific management, which will then be repotting to me, the overall project manager. This will facilitate the appropriate utilization of resources and quicker achievement of goals and objectives.
In the first year, the project is expected to have moved to the advanced stages. The team will be through with the structural work of the eight-story building by the completion of the first year. During the remaining year, the team will be working on furnishing it. Electrical wiring and plumbing will also be conducted during this period. All the doors, windows, and lifts will be fitted during the last three months. The last month of the project will be comprised of minor contractions within the facility and cleaning to make it fit for occupation.
One of the objectives of the ABC construction project is to offer a solution to the problem of reduced house supply, which has been noted in the area. It also aims at improving the livelihoods of people in the area by offering them modern and affordable housing units. There is also the objective of creating job opportunities for youths in the area. During the two year period, it is projected that over one thousand opportunities will be created for the youths.
