Inserting a chart
Microsoft word is the best program that can be used to represent different types of charts. The following are some of the important step that an individual can use to put charts in their word document:
· The first step is opening the word document in the computer:
· Second step is clicking insert then click the icon of chart.
· The third step is deciding on the chart type you want then double click it. For example one can decide to use pie chart.
· The next step is replacing the default data in the spread sheet that appears with the information you want.
· After finishing representing the information you have save it in your strategic location and close the spreadsheet.
· The layout option
can be used I the document to arrange the charts.
How to insert photos
· First open a word document then place your insetion point a place where you would like the photo to appear.
· Select the insert tab
· Click the picture command then insert picture dialogue will be seen
· Select the image you want to upload then add it to your document by selecting the file.
